The First 10 Pages – 4 Essential Ingredients
Join us for an online class where we will examine the first ten pages of the Oscar nominated screenplay for The Trial of the Chicago 7 written by Aaron Sorkin in detail at 11h00 on Saturday 24th April.
It’s true – the first ten pages of your screenplay are the most important, and if they are not compelling it is very unlikely that your story will sell or be made into a film. Learn the four essential elements that must be in the first 10 pages of your screenplay in this class.
This online class is presented via “Zoom” – a videotelephony and online chat service through a cloud-based peer-to-peer software platform and is used for teleconferencing and distance education. Class members will be emailed an invitation to join the class. The web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting. (It is also available for manual download here.) You will need to have a suitable computer or electronic device to attend. Please check that your device is able to handle the technology and that you will be able to access the class well before time.
You can download the screenplay from our archive HERE
24th April at 11h00
(Please note that the above is for time zone UTC plus 02:00 – South Africa)
We are unfortunately not able to refund anyone under any circumstances if they are for some reason not able to access this class electronically. If due to circumstances beyond our control we are not able to present the class, it will be rescheduled and registrants will be given access to that class.
